How Do I Delete Photos and Videos?

As the event host, you can delete photos and videos from your dashboard's Media Gallery — either several at once or one at a time. Deleting is permanent, so it's a good idea to download anything you want to keep first.

Delete Several Files at Once

1. Open your event dashboard and go to Media Gallery.
2. Tap or click the photos and videos you want to remove to select them (you can select up to 300 at a time).
3. A black bar appears at the bottom showing how many files are selected. Open the Actions menu and choose Delete.
4. Confirm in the pop-up. The selected files are deleted and you'll see a confirmation message.

To start over, tap Deselect in the bottom bar.

Delete a Single File

1. In the Media Gallery, open the photo or video to view it full size.
2. Choose the delete (trash) option.
3. Confirm in the pop-up.

Good to Know

• Deleting is permanent. It cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep before deleting.
• Deleting files frees up storage in your plan.
• The Actions menu has other bulk tools too — Download, Publish / Unpublish (hide from guests without deleting), and Update Hashtags.
• If you only want to hide a file from guests rather than remove it, use Unpublish instead of Delete.
