Can I Collect Guest Information?
Yes. Chivent has a guest registration feature that asks guests to enter their name before uploading.
How to Enable It
- Go to your event dashboard and open Guests
- Turn on Guest Registration
- Save
Once enabled, guests are prompted to enter their name when they first visit your event page.
What You Get
- A list of registered guests in your dashboard under Guests > Registered List
- Each upload is tagged with the guest's name, so you know who took which photo
- Guest names appear on comments and photo notes
Options
- Show guest name — display the uploader's name on photos in the gallery
- Force registration — require guests to register before they can browse the album (not just upload)

- Guest registration is a paid feature — available on eligible plans
- Guests only need to register once per device
- No account creation is required — they just enter their name
