Can I Invite My Friend as Co-Host to Help Me?
Yes. Chivent lets you invite co-hosts who can help manage your event from their own dashboard.
How It Works
- Go to your event dashboard and open Collaboration
- Enter your co-host's email address and click Invite
- They receive an invitation — if they already have a Chivent account, they get access immediately. If not, they'll be asked to sign up first
Once added, the event appears in their dashboard and they can manage it alongside you.
What Co-Hosts Can Do
- View and manage the media gallery
- Organize albums and hashtags
- Manage guests and access control
- Customize the event page and photo wall
What Only the Owner Can Do
- Delete the event
- Change the plan or billing
- Apply promotion codes
- Invite or remove other co-hosts
Removing a Co-Host
As the event owner, you can remove a co-host at any time from the Collaboration page. Co-hosts can also leave voluntarily.
