Do You Sell or Use My Photos for Company Purposes?

No. Your photos and videos are yours. Chivent does not sell, share, use, or access your files for any company purpose.

What We Do with Your Files

  • Store them securely in the region you selected (Europe, North America, or Australia)
  • Serve them to you and your guests through your event page
  • Delete them when your storage window expires or when you delete your event

That's it. We don't view, analyze, train AI on, or monetize your content in any way.

Who Can See My Photos?

Only people with your event link or QR code. If you've enabled password protection, they'll also need the password. You control all access through your event's Access Control settings.

What Happens After My Event?

Your files remain available for the duration of your plan's storage window. After it expires, files are scheduled for deletion. You can download everything in original quality before that.
