How Long Are My Photos Stored?

Your photos and videos are stored for the duration of your plan's storage window. This starts when you purchase your plan.

What Happens When It Expires?

  • Your event becomes inactive — guests can no longer upload or view files
  • Files are scheduled for permanent deletion
  • This cannot be undone — make sure to download everything before expiry or extend your storage before expiration time.

You'll see your storage expiry date in your event dashboard.

How to Avoid Losing Files

Download all your photos and videos before the storage window ends. Use the Download ZIP option in your Media Gallery to get everything in one go.
