How to Set Up and Use Live Photo Wall at Your Event
The Photo Wall is a live slideshow that displays uploaded photos on a screen at your venue — like a TV, projector, or monitor. As guests upload, new photos appear automatically.
How to Set It Up
- Go to your event dashboard and open Photo Wall
- Configure your settings:
- Slide interval — how long each photo is displayed before switching
- Background color — pick a color that matches your venue or theme
- Show QR code — overlay the QR code on the photo wall so guests can scan it directly from the screen
- Save your settings
- Click Open Photo Wall to launch it in a new browser tab
- Make that tab fullscreen (F11 on Windows, Ctrl+Cmd+F on Mac) and display it on your screen
Filtering What's Shown
You can control which photos appear on the wall:
- By album — only show photos from a specific album
- By hashtag — include or exclude specific hashtags
This is useful if you want a curated wall showing only ceremony photos, or if you want to exclude behind-the-scenes uploads.
Tips for a Great Photo Wall
- Use a TV or projector — any screen with a browser works
- Keep the device plugged in and prevent sleep mode
- Landscape orientation works best for most setups
- Enable the QR code overlay so guests walking by can scan and upload immediately
- Position it somewhere visible — near the entrance, dance floor, or bar
