What Is Photo Note and Guestbook?

Photo Notes turn your event album into a digital guestbook. Guests can write personal messages on styled cards and submit them alongside regular photo uploads.

How It Works

  1. A guest opens your event page
  2. Instead of (or in addition to) uploading a photo, they tap the Photo Note option
  3. They write a message, choose a background style, and submit
  4. The note appears in your gallery as a styled card

What Guests See

  • A selection of background themes (colors, patterns) to style their note
  • A text field for their message
  • Their name (if guest registration is enabled)

When to Use It

  • Weddings — guests leave wishes and congratulations
  • Birthdays — friends write birthday messages
  • Farewells — colleagues leave personal notes
  • Memorials — attendees share memories

How to Enable It

Photo Notes are available on eligible plans. Once available on your plan, guests will see the Photo Note option on your event page automatically. You can control whether guests can write notes from your Access Control settings.
