How to Share Photo Wall Control with Someone

You can generate a link that gives anyone remote control of your Photo Wall — no Chivent account required. Useful for a DJ, event coordinator, or anyone helping run your event.

  1. Go to your event dashboard and open Photo Wall → Live Control tab
  2. Scroll to the Shareable Controller Link section
  3. Click Generate Controller Link
  4. Copy the link and share it with whoever needs control

The person opens the link on their phone and gets the same controls: next, previous, pause, toggle overlays.

  • The link expires after 7 days
  • Only one active link per event — generating a new link invalidates the previous one
  • You can revoke the link at any time from the Live Control tab
  • Regenerating creates a new link and immediately invalidates the old one

Only the event owner and co-hosts can generate and revoke controller links.
