How Do I Delete My Account?

To delete your account, contact us at contact@chivent.com with the email address associated with your account.

Before You Request Deletion

  • Download all your photos and videos — once your account is deleted, all events and files are permanently removed
  • Cancel any active subscriptions first

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
