I'm Not Receiving Emails from Chivent
If you're not getting login links, password resets, or verification emails, try these steps.
Check Spam and Junk Folders
Our emails sometimes land in spam, especially on first contact. Check your spam/junk folder and mark Chivent as a safe sender.
iCloud / Apple Private Relay
Apple's iCloud email and "Hide My Email" relay can aggressively filter or delay emails from new senders. If you're using an iCloud address (@icloud.com , @me.com , @mac.com ) or Apple's private relay:
- Check your iCloud spam folder at icloud.com/mail
- Add
noreply@chivent.comto your contacts to whitelist future emails - If using Hide My Email, make sure email forwarding is enabled in your Apple ID settings
Gmail
- Check the Promotions and Updates tabs — emails may be sorted there instead of Primary
- Search for "chivent" in your inbox
Corporate / Work Email
Work email servers with strict filtering may block or delay emails. If possible, try signing up with a personal email address instead.
