Yes, normally you can check the "Manage Plan" page of your event and see what option is available to you. If your plan is about to expire and there is no option available to extend further and you need more time, contact us at contact@chivent.com with your account email and event name.

We'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's an extension or an upgrade to a longer duration.

Avoid Last-Minute Requests

The safest approach is to download all your files before expiry using the Download ZIP option in your Media Gallery. Even if you plan to extend, having a local backup ensures nothing is lost.

We automatically try to download and send you a copy of all your files a day before expiration time, but we cannot guarantee this automation can always happen, therefore, always ensure you take care of downloading all your files.
