What Happens When My Plan Expires?
When your plan's storage window ends:
- Your event becomes inactive — guests can no longer upload or view files
- The QR code and event link stop working
- Files are scheduled for permanent deletion
- This cannot be undone
How to Avoid Losing Files
Download all your photos and videos before your plan expires. Use the Download ZIP option in your Media Gallery to get everything in one go.
You can see your expiry date in your event dashboard.
