How Do I Upgrade My Event?

You can upgrade your event at any time from your dashboard.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to your event dashboard
  2. Click the Manage Plan prompt in the sidebar.
  3. Build your plan — choose duration, file limit, albums, and optional add-ons
  4. Complete payment via Stripe
  5. Your plan is active immediately

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • All existing uploads, settings, and QR code stay the same
  • New features unlock instantly
  • Your storage window starts from the moment of purchase
  • Guests won't notice any change — the same link and QR code keep working

Can I Upgrade Later?

Yes. You can also upgrade an existing paid plan to increase your file limit, add albums, or extend your duration. The upgrade price is calculated based on the difference from your current plan.
