How Does Plan Extension Work?

When you upgrade your plan's duration, you pay the price difference between your current option and the new one. The new duration replaces your current one — it doesn't stack on top.

Example

  1. You purchase a 3-month plan
  2. After 1 month, you decide you need more time
  3. You upgrade to the 6-month duration
  4. You pay the difference between the 3-month and 6-month pricing
  5. Your plan now has a 6-month window from the original purchase date — meaning 5 months remaining

The upgrade does not add 6 months on top of your existing time. You're switching to a longer duration option and paying the difference.

Same Applies to Other Options

This works the same way for file limits and albums. If you upgrade from 500 files to 1,000 files mid-event, you pay the difference and the new limit takes effect immediately.

Good to Know

  • Upgrades are instant — new limits apply right away
  • You only pay the price difference, not the full new amount
  • All existing uploads, settings, and QR code stay the same
