Before your event — upgrade anytime before your event to unlock your plan's full features. Your storage window (upload and download period) starts when you purchase, so buying closer to your event date makes the most of it.

A good rule of thumb:

  • 1-2 weeks before your event is ideal for most people
  • Earlier if you want to use advanced features like albums, access control, or AI tagging during setup
  • On the day works too — upgrading is instant

You Won't Lose Anything

Upgrading keeps all your existing uploads, settings, and QR code. Nothing resets. Your guests won't notice any change — the same link and QR code keep working.
