How Do I Share My Event with Guests?

Once your event is created, you have two things to share: a QR code and a link. Both take guests to the same event page.

Ways to Share

  • Print the QR code — on table cards, welcome signs, invitations, or photo booth displays
  • Send the link — via WhatsApp, iMessage, email, or any messaging app
  • Display on a screen — show the QR code on a TV or projector at the venue
  • Post on social media — share the link in an Instagram story, group chat, or event page

Where to Find Them

In your event dashboard, click the QR Code button. You'll see both the QR code (downloadable as PNG) and the event link (copyable).

Tips

  • Share via group chat for the widest reach — one message, everyone gets the link
  • Print the QR code on something guests will see at the venue — table cards work best
  • For formal events, include the QR code in the invitation or program
