How Chivent Works
Chivent is a digital photo and video sharing platform built for events. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, corporate gathering, or any celebration, Chivent lets everyone at the event contribute their photos and videos to one shared album — without downloading an app or creating an account.
The Basics
Chivent works in three simple steps:
1. Create an Event
Sign up and create an event from your dashboard. You'll get a dedicated event page with a unique QR code and shareable link. Customize the look with color palettes, templates, or your own design in the Design Studio.
2. Share With Your Guests
Share the QR code or link with your guests however you like — print it on table cards, display it on a screen, include it in invitations, or send it via message. When guests scan the QR code or tap the link, they land directly on your event page.
3. Guests Upload & You Collect
Guests can upload photos and videos straight from their phone's browser. No app download, no account creation, no sign-up forms. They simply select or take photos and upload. Everything lands in your shared album in real-time.
What Guests See
When a guest visits your event page, they see:
- Your event album with photos and videos uploaded by all guests
- An upload button to add their own photos and videos
- The event design you've customized — your colors, branding, and header image
Guests can browse, react with emojis, and leave comments on photos (if you've enabled these features). Everything works in the phone's browser — Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser.
