How Do I Download All My Photos?
You can download all photos and videos from your event in original quality — nothing is compressed or resized.
How to Download
- Go to your Media Gallery in the event dashboard
- Click the Download button
- Select Download ZIP — this packages all files into a single ZIP archive
- The download starts and you'll receive a ZIP file with every photo and video
Individual Downloads
You can also download individual files by selecting a photo or video and using the download option. Useful if you just need a few specific files.
Good to Know
- Files are delivered in their original quality and format
- Large events may take a moment to prepare the ZIP
- Make sure to download your files before your plan's storage window expires — after expiry, files are permanently deleted
