Why Does My Uploaded Video Have a Black Thumbnail?

This usually happens when:

  • The video is very short (under 1 second) — there isn't enough data to generate a thumbnail
  • The video format made it difficult to capture a preview frame

Does It Affect Playback?

No. The video itself plays normally. Only the thumbnail preview is affected — guests can still tap on it and watch the full video without any issues.
