What File Types and Sizes Are Supported?

Chivent accepts standard photo and video formats that phones and cameras produce.

Supported Photos

  • JPG / JPEG
  • PNG
  • HEIC / HEIF (iPhone default format)
  • WebP

Supported Videos

  • MP4
  • MOV (iPhone default format)

File Size

There's no strict per-file size limit, but very large video files may be slow to upload on mobile data. We recommend Wi-Fi for uploading videos.

Upload Limits

Each plan has a total file count limit — this is the combined number of photos and videos your event can hold. Check your plan's limit in the dashboard or at chivent.com/pricing.
